The Foodprint Project ladies have done it again, or should I say will this weekend in Denver. Meat is on the agenda, and so is art and design. Foodprint Denver will take place at the Denver Museum of Contemporary Art, with a three-day bison extravaganza, exploring both the natural landscape of ranging animals and the human element of turning life into consumption. However, it’s not only about slow roasting and off-the-bone, melt in your mouth goodness, it’s about land-ownership, prairie ecology, livestock economics, and health regulation; the inner-workings behind meat culture. photo courtesy of foodprint project denver.
